Portal Home > Knowledgebase > Passwords > Resetting your cPanel password
If you have access to your Client Portal:
- Click on "My Services",
- Click the green icon to the right of the account you'd like to reset
- Scroll down to "Login Details" where you can change your cPanel password
If you do NOT have access to your Client Portal, please do one of the following:
a) Send an email to support@phirefast.com from the email address we have on file for you.
b) Choose an alternate way to contact us, from this page: Contact PhireFast
